Refund policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive refund up until your order ships. We do not accept cancellations once your order has shipped.

To start a refund, you can contact us at contact@literallyliterarydesigns.com. If your return is accepted, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 14-day policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of any damages. After the 14 days, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to help you.

Lost or missing orders

If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any requests for exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
