Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Our prints currently ship from the US, UK, Netherlands, and Australia. This means lower shipping costs and faster delivery times.
Help! My discount code isn't working
Our discount codes currently don't work on Officially Licensed merchandise. However, they will work on everything else in the shop. If the discount code still isn't working, please send us an email and we'll get it all sorted out.
How soon until my order ships?
Our processing time for ready made items is 4-6 weeks, but we always aim to send items as soon as possible.
The processing time for pre-orders is a little different, and will be noted on the pre-order listing.
I've decided I don't want my order anymore
No problem! If it's been less than 24 hours since you placed your order, we will cancel it.
My order came damaged
We hate when that happens. Send us an email at contact@literallyliterarydesigns.com and we'll get this figured out.
Why did my order come in multiple packages?
Sometimes we ship our products separately to cut down on waiting time. This way, you hopefully aren't waiting too long for your items to arrive.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
Unfortunately, at this point in time, we CANNOT exchange any items. If you're ordering apparel, please make sure you're selecting the correct size.
The design I want isn't available on the product I want
No problem! Most of our apparel designs can be placed on any other apparel item. So if you see a design on a sweatshirt you like and it's not offered as a t-shirt, send us an email at contact@literallyliterarydesigns.com and we'll get it sorted out for you.
